Art Journal Pages

Today I finished up a couple of pages in my altered book art journal.  Both of these have actually been in the making for a while with left over paint from other projects.

The branch of this tree is created with acrylic paint and Media Line Crackle paste to give it a textured look.  The bird is a printable cut out and highlighted with Faber Castell Big Brush markers.

Free To Be Me is the name of this page.  I love this printable of a vintage girl in a bathing suit.  She’s happy and free in the ocean.  The black shapes are made with black gesso and stencils.

When I was putting paint on these pages, I had no idea what they would eventually be.  But, when I started creating today, it all started to come together.  I love it when that happens!
Thanks for visiting with me today!
Have a blessed day friends!
