Welcome to 2016 friends! I hope the new year brings you joy and peace!
Hello dear friends! Today I’m sharing a fun tutorial with you today on making this fabulous snowman card. This is a project I did as a design team member for The Crafter’s Workshop.
As I get older it seems that I love the idea of a simple Christmas decor. The ornaments and decor that I use have a much more sentimental value. I’m not as concerned with using the most shiny or matching decor. I do love looking at blogs that show homes decorated in every room and that would easily be showcased in magazines. They are beautiful! But, I long let go of the comparison demon and look forward to sharing my simple and nostalgic Christmas decor.
The Holiday season is all about good will and giving. I’m so happy to be a part of a wonderful project from The Artlicensingshow.com . They have brought together dozens of artist that have contributed their work for this Holiday coloring book on this #givebacktuesday. I’m on page 65 if you want to check my doodle tree out and start there.
You’ve probably heard how soothing and therapeutic coloring can be, now matter how old you are it’s always enjoyable. You can download this 92 pages of coloring goodies and share them with your family, friends, church or anyone that needs some fun and joy in their life.
Today I’m creating a fun and easy Christmas mixed media canvas for Bella Crafts Publishing as a team member of their design team. I know I’m so ready to start decorating for Christmas, so of course I started with an art project. This is a fun and easy collage canvas that you can create for your own home decor or as a gift for a special person on your list.
As an artist, I’m always wanting the newest paint colors, gel mediums, or upgrade to better brushes and pencils. It’s kind of like my teenager always wants the new iphone, well I want to upgrade my passion also. So, I’ve put together my artist’s Christmas wish list and hoping that some of my family or friends will read this post and get some hints! 🙂
This past weekend I was a vendor at one of my favorite Holiday shows in the Phoenix area. The Believe Boutique 2015 was hosted by Cornerstone Church and every year it gets better and better. I was busy from the time they opened the doors to the very end, so I wasn’t able to get too many pictures, but I did manage to find some of my favorite vendors.
Finding the right gift can be such a daunting task sometimes, especially when you have a diverse list of kids, in-law’s, work gift exchange, and neighbors. So, I’ve put together my 2015 Holiday Gift Guide to give you some ideas and suggestions to ease your mind.
