Easter is just around the corner and Spring crafts are so popular right now. This week I decided to create some Easter inspired ATC cards with paints, stencils, scrapbook paper and even some washi tape.
I’ve made my own ATC cards before, but I really love these from Inchie Arts LLC, they hold up to wet medium and have a textured side that makes them perfect to use with Gelli Plates.
I first adhered some torn pieces of book page and scrapbook paper with gel medium.
I’ve had these My Mind’s Eye washi tapes for a while and they were the perfect color palette for this project.
I fussy cut some butterflies from a printable I have in my Pinterest board, and gave it some color with Tim Holtz Distress Ink in Mowed Lawn.
To write the words I used Imagine Crafts irResistible Pico Embellisher. These are great for details and writing, but you definitely have to watch how hard you squeeze or you will have a big glob.
I really love how these came out. They will definitely make a wonderful addition to my ATC collection or I may send them out to a special friend as an Easter present.
