Winter time is the perfect time to think and plan for the Spring growing season. But, it’s also a good time to take inventory of your tools and supplies. Are there some things that you really need (want) to make your gardening easier?
These pocket snips are perfect for trimming small plants or harvesting herbs. But, I plan on using them on my indoor house plants and some of my succulents.
I love to feel the dirt on my hands and in my nails, I know that sounds weird. But, it’s the way I like to garden. But, sometimes I need to protect my hands from sap from a cutting or a spine from a cactus. These Nitrile Gloves have a good reputation for a snug fit and light weight.
Right now I have a small make-shift potting bench that use to be an entertainment stand. It’s not the best set up and I would just love to get this metal potting bench! The wheels make it mobile and it’s the perfect size to keep on my balcony.
I love having tropical plants indoors. These plants require more watering and a higher humidity. But with that comes fungus gnats and fruit flies. How do you get rid of them? This adorable little ceramic chicken fruit fly trap takes care of that.
When you have a lot of plants, watering them can be a long task. I would love to get some self watering planters and not worry if my plants have enough water.
I have been adding more galvanized items to my home as I try and achieve that classic Farmhouse look. What is more farmhouse than this galvanized watering can? I have seen cans that are all beat up, go for much higher prices. Here you can get that weathered look on your own.
So there’s my wish list. Things that I want/need and will make my balcony gardening adventure much easier. What’s on your wish list? Tell me in the comments below and let’s keep the conversation going.
Thanks so much for visiting friends, I always appreciate your support.
Blessings,
