My Studio Table

I’m sharing with you today a little glimpse into my studio and all it’s gorgeous messiness! I try to keep it clean and orderly, but when the creative process is flowing, things can get messy! Seth Apter from The Altered Page is having a wonderful event today and I’m sharing my creative space.

I definitely need more room and a bigger table.  That really becomes apparent when I’m working with a 11″ x 14″ canvas.  But, I’m hoping to take care of that problem by the end of the month.

I’m finishing up a custom order for a young lady that plays acoustic guitar, loves music and the color red.  I still need to add some music sheets and wording, but I’m really liking how it’s coming along.  I also have my journal handy for using up left over paint and creating an art journal page.

Hi Carmen! Your canvas looks great! Love the energy and the various shapes. Your space looks so inviting 🙂 I think I need to invest in one of those lamps for my table. What would you recommend? (Can’t tell for sure what kind you have – I like adjustable lamp heads, though)

Visiting from seth’s studio tour hop.
I love how you’ve set up your supplies and art tables.
Those supplies definitely are calling out inspiration.
And I enjoyed seeing your collage go from start to finish.
