I’ve had this adorable little table for a few years now. I rescued it from a thrift store and gave it a nice coat of red paint that I had on hand. But recently I’ve been updating my show booth and this table is the perfect size to use on my larger table or on the ground. But the red wasn’t matching the rest of my display items. So out came the Chalky Finish paint and stencils.
I used DecoArt’s Americana Decor Chalky Finish paints and finishes. I applied 2 coats of Carbon Black and used Heirloom for the stenciling. Their brushes leave a very smooth finish and very easy to clean.
They also have a wonderful line of French Vintage Stencils that I just love. I used the Cafe Paris and Keys stencils.
This table will do double duty for me. During show season it will hold some of my canvases or products, but during off season it will be in my family room.
I love the results and this little table has a new life now. I’m always on the look out for items like this to re-purpose. Stay tuned for what I find next!
Thanks so much for visiting with me today!
